Six week blocks on Wednesdays: Morning 10-11.30 and 11.30-12.30. Evening 7- 8.30.
The format of the class is a gentle warm up followed by sequences of simple poses which complement and balance one another, harmonising the breath and the action, with special emphasis on stretching the spine and ending with a short relaxation session. Trained in the Iyengar method, I have been teaching for 45 years and have developed my own approach. There are no long holds and no shoulder or headstands in the class.
